• Content you upload or generate within the Services.

• Device and browser information (IP address, operating system, type, version).
• Usage data (pages viewed, time spent, features used, AI Providers tokens spent).
• Log and diagnostic data (performance metrics, error reports).

1.3. Information from Integrations

When you connect Beezi to third-party services ("Third-party services"), we may process certain data to provide the requested functionality:

• Project management tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello): ticket information (e.g. title, description, user stories, priority, labels, story points, comments, attachments) and the list of assigned users (including email addresses).
• Repository tools (e.g. GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket): source code and related metadata are temporarily downloaded to perform requested changes.
• Communication tools (e.g. Slack, MS Teams): private channel messages (with replays) and responses exchanged with the Beezi agent.
• Authentication services (e.g. Clerk): account registration, login details, multi-factor authentication, and user invitations.
• Billing services (e.g. Maxio): payment history, subscription details, and invoicing records.
• AI Provider (e.g. Claude): prompts, responses, and related metadata (such as request timestamps, usage statistics, costs and error logs) exchanged between Beezi and the provider in order to deliver AI-powered functionality.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Services (as outlined in Section 3).
• Process transactions and manage subscriptions.
• Personalize user experience and provide customer support.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, security, or technical issues.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
• Communicate with you regarding product updates, offers, and events (you may opt out anytime).

3. AI-Specific Data Use

Beezi.ai uses artificial intelligence technologies to provide and improve certain features of the Services. We handle user data in connection with AI as follows:

• No model training with customer data: We do not use customer content, files, or personal information to train or fine-tune our underlying AI models, unless you give us explicit consent. Where the Services integrate with third-party AI Providers via APIs, the handling and potential use of your data is determined by the configuration and policies you set directly with those providers. It is your responsibility to review and adjust such provider settings to align with your data-use preferences.
• Processing for functionality: AI features process your data in real-time to generate results (e.g., content generation, analysis). This processing is limited to delivering the requested functionality.
• Temporary storage: Data submitted to AI features may be stored temporarily for technical and security purposes (such as detecting abuse or ensuring system stability etc.).
• Anonymization & aggregation: Where possible, we anonymize and aggregate data used for improving AI performance, without identifying individual users.
• Transparency: If we introduce features that involve using your data for AI model improvement, we will provide clear notice and obtain your consent before doing so.
• Project data handling: When processing tickets, Repository tools code and Communication tools messages with AI Providers, we use this data exclusively for delivering the requested task. The data is not stored permanently, not shared with third parties beyond the selected integrations, and not used to train AI models.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• Service providers (e.g., hosting, payment processing, analytics, communication tools).
• Business partners (if required for integrations or features you use).
• Legal authorities (if required to comply with applicable law or protect rights and safety).
• Corporate transactions in case of merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice provided).

4-1. Third-Party Services & Integrations

Beezi integrates with several Third-party services to provide the core functionality of our platform. When you enable these integrations, your data may be shared with or processed by the respective providers. These include:

• Authentication services (e.g. Clerk): authentication, user management, and identity services.
• Billing services (e.g. Maxio): billing and invoicing.
• Project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello): access to project dashboards, tickets, and user information.
• Repository tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket): access to repositories for requested code changes.
• Communication tools (e.g. Slack): private channel communication with developers.
• AI Providers (e.g., Anthropic): to power core artificial intelligence features, such as ticket analysis and code generation using their AI models, etc.

Your use of these services is also governed by the privacy policies of the respective providers.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Receive a copy of your data in portable format.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

5.1. Your Data Protection Rights (EU/EEA & UK Residents)

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to:

• Provide the Services,

• Resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

Data collected through project integrations (such as Repository tools files, Project management tools tickets, or Communication tools messages) is handled as follows:

• Repository tools: data is stored temporarily only for the time, required to perform the requested operation (such as generating and submitting a pull request). Once the operation is completed, this data is securely deleted from our systems.
• Project management and Communication tools: relevant data may be retained for an indefinite period of time, for statistical and performance analysis purposes.

Beezi does not maintain long-term copies of your project data.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Remember your preferences and login sessions,
• Analyze usage and improve functionality,
• Provide personalized content.

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Please note that some features may not function properly without them.

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by RB2B or its service providers to associate your activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including your email address. Based on this information, we (or service providers on our behalf) may send communications and marketing messages to your email.
